I was with this clinic for 3 years, started with IUI but after the 3rd MC I proceeded with IVF. My first transfer was successful and the staff/faculty have always been welcoming. It’s their billing department that is the worst! I was informed 3x the procedure was covered and was given a list of what was not. I have actual paper work showing what rep they spoke to, date/time verified, along with my member insurance policy/group/ID, verifying with ICD and cpt codes complete coverage of the process. I was very nervous and definitely not excited about having to go to a fertility clinic. Infertility and recurring loss are very personal experiences and aren’t always fun to share with others. Not only was Dr. Aimee Browne's bedside manner extremely appreciated, but the entire staff + clinical support team was also very caring throughout my visit. They explained the process ahead clearly and answered any question we had thoughtfully. Thank you for making an experience I was dreading seem "not so bad".

The receptionist and the woman who drew my blood were the only ones there who actually made me feel welcome. They actually talked to me and not at me, like I was an actual human. The doctor and her nurse were nice BUT they didn't really hear me out. I felt like they were just telling me everything I have to do instead of hearing what I was even there for.
