This clinic is more money-driven than caring and compassionate about your situation. My appointment consisted of speaking with an NP for 15 mins for a consultation, and she spoke on providing alternative resources for me to have a baby. I never got a call back, but this clinic definitely made sure I received a bill for $400. I do not have any insurance. However, I literally just spoke with a the NP, no labs, no history taking. Please go some where eles. I could of used AI for the information that she gave me.
I was excited to see them to start my family journey. They canceled my appointment and text a random number I never verified. Be sure to use your personal cell phone or you wont be notified an appointment you've been waiting over a month for has been canceled. When you speak to the office manager the only help you'll get is,"Im sorry, we can schedule you another appointment". There are multiple sites you need to go to and fill out paper work. We traveled to San Antonio and had our initial consultation at the Alamo Heights location and loved it. Everyone was very nice and professional and made us feel welcomed and comfortable which helped a lot since we were very nervous and did not know what to expect.
Not really knowing much about fertility treatment but wanting to understand our options I can say going to aspire is the best choice we could have made. And we look forward to our fertility journey with the amazing staff with ASPIRE
