We had a great experience with Aspire until over a year after we were in their office they charged us $395 with no permission or notice. We have called, emailed, and disputed the charge with our bank. Aspire has not been responsive and barely even returns our calls and correspondence. In the few responses I have been able to get, they have written emails that we do not owe this money and they will take care of it. Words cannot begin to thank Dr. Asemota and her staff for all that they did for us. Dr. Asemota is an amazing physician and we are so thankful that she was the one to help us achieve our goal of adding to our family. The staff is absolutely amazing and always prompt in answering questions and putting you at ease. The entire office made us feel comfortable and important at every appointment! I would recommended Dr. Asemota and her practice to any family or friends!
My husband and I just met with this group on Friday. In one word PHENOMENAL! We were blown away by the doctor and staff from the moment we walked in. We saw Dr.Asemota. She is so nice! She was great at explaining things we weren't told before. We have a plan in place. We were introduced to the whole staff! They even have a counselor on site who is there for you during the process.
