Alan and Tracy are one of the most diligent, thoughtful, proactive property managers I have ever dealt with. Dealt with. As a landlord who has dealt with a number of property managers and changed property managers in other places, Aspire led by Alan is Head and shoulders above the rest. He is also very tenant-friendly often offering to personally see to repairs, and is always proactively bringing up repairs that he thinks is fair and reasonable on behalf of the tenant. Aspire Estate Agents are an excellent family run business. They are professional and easy to work with. Alan and Tracey are lovely people and great communicators. If you are looking to rent or sell your home in the Sunshine Coast I would highly recommend them!
Very unprofessional and don’t guide well. Very poor never go with these guys.
