Trip Ruined by HORRIBLE customer service. The hotel the company booked for my brother and I did not meet expectations and Aspire has not rectified. In fact, in my last correspondence, they too nearly a month to get back to me. Here is what went wrong: 1) Reservation system at hotel they booked me at was down. It took an hour before anyone knew what they were doing, multiple other guests ended up leaving the hotel because the front desk could not provide a legitimate answer to when we would get our rooms. 2) My brother an... read more
We just returned from a wonderful trip of 10 days in Australia and 3 weeks in New Zealand. Working with Shelley Madsen she customized an itinerary for us to hike, bike, kayak, enjoy interesting/informative tours about the wildlife and learn about the countries. We were thrilled with all of the activities she scheduled us for. We feel we have seen the best of both countries in the 33 days we were there. My wife and I and another couple just finished our vacation in Australia set up by Aspire Down Under. From the pre-travel hints they provided to the actual trip, everything worked as efficiently, hassle-free and perfectly as we could ever have hoped. The amount of days spent in each city- Melbourne, Port Douglas near Cairns, and Sydney were exactly spot on, and each tour and city were recommended for specific reasons that made this the ultimate bucket list of a trip.
