Trip Ruined by HORRIBLE customer service. The hotel the company booked for my brother and I did not meet expectations and Aspire has not rectified. In fact, in my last correspondence, they too nearly a month to get back to me. Here is what went wrong: 1) Reservation system at hotel they booked me at was down. It took an hour before anyone knew what they were doing, multiple other guests ended up leaving the hotel because the front desk could not provide a legitimate answer to when we would get our rooms. 2) My brother an... read more
We just returned from a wonderful trip of 10 days in Australia and 3 weeks in New Zealand. Working with Shelley Madsen she customized an itinerary for us to hike, bike, kayak, enjoy interesting/informative tours about the wildlife and learn about the countries. We were thrilled with all of the activities she scheduled us for. We feel we have seen the best of both countries in the 33 days we were there. Megan's planned trip for 4 of my family members was spectacular.We couldn't have ask for a better adventure visiting Melbourne, Carin's and Sydney. Snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, Interacting with Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies and watching the penguin parade were highlights we won't forget. we loved our dec/jan trip customized by shelley madsen! everything was well organized to the finest detail! tours/accommodations/transfers were great! our thrill seeking girls loved the queenstown nevis bungy, nye fireworks in sydney, and snorkeling the great barrier reef! highly recommend aspire down under!
Aspire Down Under and Shelley Madsen are the best! Shelley helped us plan a 4 month trip to Australia and New Zealand and we had a blast. Everything went as planned, except when I messed up, but Shelley was there to fix it immediately. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us!
Adriana put together an amazing trip. We had to cancel a couple of excursions due to weather conditions but their local travel reps - ATS Pacific - took care of us. Milford Sound was unaccessible due to the storm damaged roads, so we did a Lord of the Rings Tour instead. It was really fun. For glaciers, we would recommend booking Fox Glacier or Cook Glacier rather than booking Franz Josef because everyone we spoke to says Franz Josef has more cancellations than successful excursions. Adriana at Aspire Down Under put together an incredible trip for us. Her itinerary was a perfect combination of sightseeing and relaxation, just like we wanted. The hotels, resorts, tours, and recommendations were great, and we did not have to worry about flights/connections/transfers/accommodations once during the trip.
