Honest review here: I’ve been to this clinic twice, and any scathing or negative reviews are pretty accurate. Trying to get in contact with the office staff is practically impossible; it’s a game of phone tag, no one ever picks up and once you leave a message to receive a call back, they’ll contact you eventually…and if you happen to not be able to pick up, then another round of the same thing. I had an 840 appointment time, thinking I was the 2nd patient of the day. I arrived by 820 am. I got called back at 845 am. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes before doctor came in. Again she appears to want t I rush you. I am not happy here, and will find another dermatologist that cares. After all my time is important as well. I should bill them for my time. As you read this, please cancel my December followup visit.
Dr. Ali and her staff are kind, thoughtful, and great at what they do. They were able to see my wife on very short notice and took excellent care of her. Highly recommend!!!

Avoid this place. I had my first appt with Dr. Ali yesterday as a new patient. Leading up to the appointment, I already noticed how disorganized the office was when it came to paperwork. “Klara” was used which was a chat line to the front desk team and where my pre-appt paperwork was filled out. Since I had recently changed to a new insurance, I messaged on Klara to confirm they were in-network for me and the cost of the appt.
