I attended my first CrossFit class with no prior CrossFit experience, Before attending, I was encouraged to come try a class and received follow-up messages, which made me feel excited and welcome. I was also told to arrive early so someone could show me around and discuss my goals. However, when I arrived, I was simply asked to sit and wait. I joined Aspire about a year ago from another CrossFit gym. I’d heard about Sean, who’s an amazing endurance athlete who helped my friends train for a Triathlon. I’ve got to say I really enjoy Sean and the coaches approach to their programming. They know exactly how to develop the athletes they’re coaching. The community here is awesome, and the gym is much larger than your typical box! All around it’s been a fantastic experience and you’re always greeted with a smile and one of the amazing gym dogs!

Such an amazing gym! I dropped in for a week and was welcomed like I’d been a member for years. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care. I was managing an injury, and they made a point to check in and ensure I was modifying appropriately and not overdoing it. The workouts are challenging and well-programmed. You can tell the owner is passionate about what they’ve built. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m back in town — highly recommend!
