I was seeing a therapist here, was told they had to cancel and appointment and would rebook, called several times and never heard back. Follow up was extremely low.
i see that unprofessional Vanessa Hernberg is still working there. my auntie goes in looking for help and this one had the audacity to roll her eyes and watch the time??? rude.
Very calming environment, very caring people. Melodie my kiddos' therapist and my therapist, Samantha, have been wonderful.
