I asked them if their counseling was covered by my health insurance and they said yes. Then, they charged us out of pocket for the visit by saying that it wasn't covered by our insurance. After the first counseling, I realized that they didn't even know what they were doing and didn't schedule the second visit with them.
What a great place to take my children to. Between covid and inflation the kids feel the stress to. I like Tim a lot. He makes my kids comfortable and is patient with them. Thank you!
I actually recently started coming here! I have only had 2 sessions but i can already feel a difference. I thought that I would have a very hard time opening up but the whole environment of even just the building is very inviting and makes me feel at ease. When I called to make my first appointment I was met on the other end of the phone with a very nice lady who honestly made the process so easy and made me feel so much better about seeking help.
