Dont ever come live here. You will regret it. This place is like signing a 1 year prison agreement. With $600 a month restitution/lot rent. Hidden glades manager jesse heiney has no business managing anything. He couldn't handle being in a clergy religious role, so therefore hes not fit to serve people. Which is what godly people do, is serve. Jesse cant handle big problems that involves confrontations. Jesse needs prayer.
We've lived for over four years now and to see the change from the last property manager to Aspire has been night and day! When Aspire came to our community, they: - Got rid of the old diplapidated homes and replaced them with new single and double wides. - Built a brand new (and bigger) Community Center, which includes a fitness center (with new equipment) and a recreation room (with theater seating, plenty of tables, and game tables) - Replaced with the swimming pool with a larger one and added a splash pad for the kids. -... read more
I have lived here my ENTIRE life and all of a sudden we get a new owner and park manager and they completely just ruin everything. Limit how many cars are allowed per house(2) ???? I live with my mom and I’m 18 + my mom’s husband and we all have cars. The park used to have kind and friendly people now it’s literally all just Karen’s who look for stuff to complain about.
