Our experience with Aspire has been extremely disappointing. We initiated the process of replacing our front door, covered under a 20-year warranty, back in June 2023. The lack of communication from both Aspire representatives and owner John Small has been consistently poor, forcing us to repeatedly chase for updates on our door replacement. If you want a company that does not answer the phone, emails, or be able to supply all of the order - then this is the company for you. Avoid, but if you do use them pay by credit card so you can get your money back.
I really don't understand Aspire, one minute they are perfectly good and next they simply ignore you. We had our door systems installed summer 2021 and they were massively delayed causing all kinds of problems. the product as a whole is OK, but their after care support is a mess and I am often completely ignored. Most recently we had a window shatter on us randomly. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. I am beyond words for the lack, not only of professional skill but integrity they have demonstrated over the past 2.5 years. My windows were installed March '21 - for several months afterwards, my concerns about the windows were brushed over - the sealant cracked, the trim started coming away from the walls and the frames started moving. Company is unresponsive. We paid a lot of money for our order and they are ignoring us now. The order has not been delivered giving us false information that manufacturing is shut. We contacted manufacturing and this information wasn’t true. We are speaking to the lawyers what to do next.
