If you need proper care, go to Phoebe. This place has some true angels who are doing God’s work and genuinely care. However, a lot of neglect also goes on here. If you need more than medication, you will often be left to deal with it yourself. I have been physically abused here and have witnessed others being abused. Something as simple as someone walking into my room resulted in them being punched in the face by a staff member—repeatedly.
