My Complaints are the long 2 hours hold they have you on long hold times just to make an appointment or cancel one. Than they say Press 0 for call back No one ever calls back or pick up the phone. As soon as your family miss an appointment they won't allow them to come in to see thier doctor get no medication unless they come in at 7-7:30 as a walk in. Unacceptable! The people at the front desk extremely unprofessional, specifically the brown skinned female with the braids! This is not a place where a person who is going for mental health assistance would feel comfortable with seeking help!

I ended up at Aspire and could not get out. I went willingly for my family to show them I was ok. The staff at front desk were very nice. They fed me supper. Small talk with the security guard which he said "you do not belong here". I agreed with him. I was just going to tough it out for 3 days. Until I see someone in handcuffs,hear someone hollering down the hall,other things you'd probably see in jail. I have never been in jail,no speeding ticket or anything. I have a clean record. It's basically jail. Don't sign anything unless it is printed. They left blood on the bathroom floor for two days. A man had a seizure and I was the only one who knew what to do. The sinks do not work, and they don't provide hand soap or paper towels. They keep people way too long to collect funding from the state. If your detoxing from alcohol go to the hospital because they can't provide proper help and you might die. There is no way they are up to code and the state needs to do an inspection.
