After reading all the reviews My son isn't going to this place Im not taking any chances of him having a horrible story
My Complaints are the long 2 hours hold they have you on long hold times just to make an appointment or cancel one. Than they say Press 0 for call back No one ever calls back or pick up the phone. As soon as your family miss an appointment they won't allow them to come in to see thier doctor get no medication unless they come in at 7-7:30 as a walk in. Unacceptable! The people at the front desk extremely unprofessional, specifically the brown skinned female with the braids! This is not a place where a person who is going for mental health assistance would feel comfortable with seeking help!
