Janes very knowledgeable and professional!
I mistakenly thought Aspire was associated with my audiologist. They weren't but bent over backwards to check out my hearing aids and check my hearing. They were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was charged a nominal fee which was much less than their service was worth to me.
The appointment started right on time, proceeded at a good pace of interview, testing, evaluation and presentation of options. Abby was personable and easy to communicate with.
My appointment went great. The staff was professional and informative. Everything went smooth and I was out of there within an hour. Super pleased.
