Dropped in with a day pass while visiting Seattle. I love that you can get a day pass online and enter using the app, it allowed me to make my morning workout when other gyms weren't staffed. This is an awesome powerlifting gym, not many machines like larger gyms but so much cool equipment, I wish I had more time to check it out.
One of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. I was a member here for almost 5 years. It felt like home to me. The atmosphere is very community based, good vibes, all the equipment you need! Whether you are a casual gym goer or more serious, this gym welcomes everyone, even dogs the only reason I left was distance. I’ll miss my time here!
This is such an amazing community gym with access to an abundance of powerlifting, olympic lifting, and sports performance equipment. Could not recommend this gym enough to everyone in the area🙌🏻

Moved to Seattle on a whim and was hoping to find a local gym that I could walk to and was mostly looking for convenience. I found that, and just an all around great gym that has all that you need. They’ve got 24/7 access and are surrounded by people who take fitness seriously. Would recommend to all types of lifters, competitors and athletes.
