Sarah was great, but since she left management: - 4 packages stolen in our last 2 months there - both our cars have been hit multiple times - charged for PAINT and cleaning upon move out even though we left the apartment pristine - apparently have no record of the additional refundable pet deposit we paid and are combative when we sent proof - charge you for EVERYTHING each month, right down to "common area" utilities so you end up paying wayyyyy more than the place is worth - you can hear even footsteps of... read more

Do not rent here. It was great when Sarah managed the place but not anymore. They wanted to charge me for replacing the carpet in one room because of a mold issue I didn’t notice until AFTER I moved my furniture out. The back of my solid wood dresser was covered with so much mold that I practically had to peel it off the wall. Good luck getting any assistance on the local or corporate level too. They are super combative, when I asked “who can help in this case?” I got “I don’t know how to explain it but not us in billing”. Y... read more
I will preface this with I don't fully give out 5 stars, but these this has been a solid apartment to live in, and even though my rent will increase soon, I have had a good experience here. It shouldn't be so lowly rated; the staff, even after changing has been continuously very good and I am happy living here. If you want to live in this area these are good apartments to live at.
