I lived in one of their homes for a year, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. DO NOT RENT HERE!! We had to sleep in our living room for weeks due to mold in the master bedroom, and management all but laughed in our faces when we asked if we could at least see some proration on rent. Their contractors for said mold are less than pleasant (Francisco excluded, he's great), and tried to persuade us that a unit filling 2 dehumidifiers every 3 days is normal, and par for the course since we live in the PNW, as if their bathroom vents aren't the issue (they don't actually take air out, only push air down). Do not rent here! Sarah was great, but since she left management: - 4 packages stolen in our last 2 months there - both our cars have been hit multiple times - charged for PAINT and cleaning upon move out even though we left the apartment pristine - apparently have no record of the additional refundable pet deposit we paid and are combative when we sent proof - charge you for EVERYTHING each month, right down to "common area" utilities so you end up paying wayyyyy more than the place is worth - you can hear even footsteps of... read more
