The apartments and landscaping are gorgeous. There are too many fees in addition to the rent, which isn't overly modest.
Did not visit this establishment. Somebody needs to do better research.
Supposed to be non smoking property ( it’s in the lease) but a lot of the residents smoke inside or directly outside/ on their patios. If you don’t wavy to constantly smell cigarettes and step in large dog poop don’t move here! I’ve also seen 5 rats around outside….
