DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! This place is genuinely terrible. The on site manager will sit on the office phone for 30+ minutes not acknowledging you IN THE ROOM for a single second. THREE BUILDINGS AT ONE TIME all went out of AC. The office won’t answer your phone calls at all if they’re within an hour of the closing time so good luck with that. Some apartments have window AC units that are 40+ years old, the carpets on their touring rooms are STILL STAINED. Don't believe the 5 star reviews.. this is why they have of them because of the $ off rent. With the way the economy is going right now, the $25 off rent, anyone will write a review for it. So why the 1 star? Well my time spent here was this experience...the management is overwhelmed and takes it out on the residents who even try to make maintenance requests, or when they ask general questions on property improvement or just about their bill.
