This visit was frustrating, I walked into my appointment yesterday. My appointment was at 1pm, and I was not seen until 2:30 or after because upon my arrival I was told my insurance was inactive as of 2/11/26, which is false, and this is my 2nd visit, so I am unsure how these benefits are being pulled. The provider in this office is so unpleasant. I only come to this location because it is the closest to me. The provider in Winterpark is much much nicer and easier to work with. If Winter Park location works for you, go there. I'll never understand why people find so much pleasure in being rude.
The staff at Aspire Allergy and Sinus was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. They had other patients but we never felt rushed. Angela and Shae took their time explaining everything and answering all of our questions. I am very happy we chose Aspire Allergy and Sinus. Highly recommended!
Terrible phone system. Terrible communication. I've been trying to reach out winter garden location. It takes to Texas and back just to hear a voice message saying that we'll call you back. Management please review your system. It looks like Aspire is doing a favor to get you in.
Aspire, the winter garden office, is amazing!! The staff is so nice and friendly.
