We had a really positive experience at this ENT office. Nick at check-in was efficient and clear, and the process felt streamlined. Since we completed forms online ahead of time, the in-office paperwork was minimal, which was refreshing. Jessica, the medical assistant, was great. She handled the first part of our appointment and made sure we received the CD we needed and kept everything moving efficiently. Wow, it was a longer drive ,but the doctor and staff they were excellent at McKinney Texas. They were very nice gave me paper work , that let you see when the allergies were usually worse. They were patient to explain and told me things that help me prepare. I had the weekly shots ,but also the three shot ExACT Immunoplasty. I have had excellent results from it.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for allergy care. My experience with Aspire Allergy in McKinney was extremely frustrating due to repeated breakdowns in communication and follow-through. The front desk is extremely difficult to work with, and I often had to chase the office for basic coordination. The most concerning issue was being instructed to take pre-medications, including high-dose steroids for 2 days, for a “rush” appointment—only to arrive and be told my vials were not available. I scheduled my first appointment online. After two weeks, the scheduler reached out to me and told me my appointment needed to be moved as the provider was unavailable. Why is the schedule not up to date? Since Thursday, I have placed five phone calls to this office. First, attempting to reschedule, and then since it was not rescheduled, to cancel my appointment for next week. All calls went through the prompt system.
