RUN! This is one of the worst doctor's offices I've ever visited. My first appointment was TWO hours long! My provider, Crystal Salazar literally forgot about me. I had to ask a medical assistant how much longer I was going to wait several times. My second appointment for my allergy test was also two hours long, where Ms. Salazar decided to take a personal call during my appointment. My experience with Aspire overall has been extremely disappointing. I originally went to the Round Rock location and switched to Cedar Park because I was told it would be a better experience. My first two visits there were fine simple check in, two shots, wait 30 minutes, and leave. I receive these injections every 30 days to keep my chronic hives under control. We spent nearly $900 on contact allergy testing for my wife here, and the entire experience was a massive disappointment. The disrespect for our time started immediately—her initial consult took two hours because the staff literally forgot she was sitting in the exam room until she stepped out to ask what was going on.
