Dr Aull is unlike any doctor I’ve ever worked with. He has been the most communicative and caring doctors I’ve had. He constantly goes above and beyond. The whole staff at the office is really great and pleasant. I have basically completed all my treatment and now I’m almost hoping something else pops up just because I love visiting them so much. Thank you Dr Aull and to the whole time over at Aspire Allergy and Sinus!
Update: so trying to renew my sons medication. The office does not respond to the pharmacy and again there is one that picks up the phone and must leave a voice mail to a call center. The staff and doctors are nice. However, the insurance and billing are handled in another state. Was advised several times the both primary and secondary insurance was excepted and provided all the information over the phone when scheduling the appointment. This organization needs a major revamp with their billing, insurance and overall communication. I feel confident in saying that seeing how I’ve worked front desk and in the ops in a dental setting for 17 years. For starters, you ll never get to speak to anybody directly in the location you’re a patient of. You ll get a prompt to go online, which That helps a lot when you’re trying to figure an issue out that was caused by an actual human in that office.
