This team is special. It is comprised a group of amazing people and it shows during every visit. This practice tried to charge me an extra $110 outside of my insurance plan a "new patient" fee, which is not allowable under my insurance AND was never explained to me. After I received my EOB I called the billing office and had to argue with them about. The EOB clearly states that I can't be charged for anything other than my treatment. I had to state that multiple times before the person relented and agreed to a refund. This is an incredibly dishonest practice.

They will collect your money and waste your time. My suggestion for more effective screening process to prevent this for other clients was received with a response - that’s not how they conduct business. Good luck to those seeking answers, I didn’t find any here.
