The staff here is super friendly and welcoming. The gentle care the give is comforting. I am really happy with this place. But the new QR code is frustrating and having to make appointments is inconvenient. People actually complain to me without me starting the conversation. So its not just me. It was so easy to just come in whenever it was convenient and just write down our name and that was it. Love, Love, Love Gisselle Ortega. Awesome bedside manners. She listens, explains and follows through the treatment plan. My treatment was delayed because of a previous physician who I wouldn’t send any living being to if I had a choice but everything changed after meeting Gisselle. I recommend her if you need a medical provider who cares and doesn’t rush you out of the office.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ortega. She was incredibly caring and took her time to explain everything in detail. She went over all of our options for immunotherapy and made sure I fully understood the process. The medical assistant was also amazing—very polite, professional, and genuinely funny.
