I don't know this person and never seen her in the office. The nurse giving me the injections was very good as was the case in the past.
I am pleased with my experience At Aspire Allergy and Sinus. From the beginning, staff were friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. They have met all of my medical needs, and addressed my concerns. I appreciate staff at Aspire!
I was treated warmly and friendly with a lot of care! Ms. Ortega was extremely knowledgeable and she and her staff took great care of me. I showed up unable to breathe and coughing for months, congested. She gave me a treatment plan, and I am already feeling better. She and her staff made me feel comfortable and confident that she brought tears to my eyes, when she told me everything was going to be ok. Looking forward to my surgery to breathe better.
Very thorough and did not try to upsell treatments / therapy not needed. Took plenty of time to go over results, explain triggers and prevention methods, as well as answer questions.
Everyone is always professional and friendly. It is easy to tell they care about every patient.
