This clinic is more about making money than about helping people. They sold me on their "minimally invasive" septum straightening and it was not helpful at all. If anything, it made my condition worse. Following the procedure it was impossible to get a doctor on the phone when I had questions and concerns. They try to add on all kinds of additional treatments to make more money. Their explanations and patient care are significantly lacking. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I should have looked at the reviews before I booked!!!!! I scheduled my appointment over 3 weeks ago for this location. I drove about 2 hours in traffic and got off work early to get to this appointment mind you. I walked in and had to speak first when there were 4 people in that room. I said "I have an appointment for 4:00Pm" the receptionist then advised that she didn't have me on the schedule.
