I lived there for just over a year, 25-27, when there was no general manager I could work there and service was taken care of. When Nelia came prices go up, the staff chases you for potential charges. It's not customer driven anymore, just horrible before I left. Check on the elders you entrust there because they are getting financially abused. High in medical malpractice, if someone relies on those nurses for medication I can see why so many pass fast there. Be safe!

Nothing positive to say here, lost both mom and dad in less then a year in here. The management and and nurses are all not on the same page and the doctor is always away and has no time to see everyone when she's there. If you land on the 2nd floor be carful the service is disgusting. I wont get into detail as it just burns me inside, keep your loved ones close this place was HELL. Way Over priced to begin with and they will keep adding to your monthly expenses once your in the door be carful stay away !!!
