Wonderful experience with Aspira Traditions of Durham in Oshawa. We were looking for a placement for my father after his hospital discharge and the team was incredibly helpful and supportive. They made a challenging transition much easier on our family. The facility is wonderful - clean, bright, and with a lovely home like atmosphere.The staff are caring and compassionate, truly going above and beyond . Highly recommend!
Rude receptionist lady
The minute I walked in the facility I felt at home, the interactions with staff and residents was warm and welcoming.
I was accosted by the lady at the reception desk upon leaving the facility. She shamed me as I was leaving for having used what is designated as a "Public Washroom" while I was there to visit my husband. I was humiliated in front of several other people. Not at all a welcoming environment.
