I had a very bad experience having my parents in that place: staff were stressed and short with my parents, constant water issues and fire alarms. Very bad food and all this for a very high price. I took my parents elsewhere and they get more for much less money.
What a great place! We moved our 96 year-old father in a month ago on the sixth floor. We were going to look at two retirement residences, but after viewing Barrieview first, we decided we did not have to look any farther. Karissa gave us a tour of the building and a couple of the rooms and was so patient in showing my father around. She put absolutely no pressure on us at all to sign up for anything.
