I want to give the team a thumbs up and a 5 Star review! Started with a girl (Ashlan) (Sales Advisor) who gave us a tour around the facility and found us a room for our mom. She was very friendly and pleasant. Thank you Ashlan!! Then met (Mitesh) who is a new manager to the facility and is a stand up and nice guy. While transitioning to a new home can be hard, Stonebridge Crossing has made this move as easy as possible for my mom. They have been attentive to her needs, friendly and caring. She has processed from being sad, grieving the loss of this change, to now being content and even happy.
