I only had the chance to work at Royale Place for a few months, but it truly was an incredible experience. The team members are some of the kindest people you will ever meet, always prioritizing the happiness of residents. The management team was an honour to be a part of, as we always worked together to ensure residents were well taken care of. My mom really likes it there, most of the staff are very nice and she especially likes the GM David. He has been great to deal with and follows through with everything that he promises. She appreciates him being forthright and telling it like it is. The building is currently going through some renovations to have it updated and there are some very nice amenities. I know that my mom recommends the Aspira Royale whenever she is speaking with friends.

One star because the building is nice. Second star is for a couple of staff that are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my mother had to move after being there for a year. Due to the lack of experience and staff in the kitchen also with the wait staff meal time was usually a bad experience. The chefs couldn't accommodate her special diet therefore making her wait until everyone else was served. Then she would have to remind them that she was still waiting. I recently was in visiting my grandma and just wanted to say how amazing the PSW working with her is. Her name is Crista and she truly goes above and beyond and treats my grandma like family. Every time I see her she’s always so kind and smiling. My grandma just loves her and that gives my family a lot of comfort knowing she is in good hands. We really appreciate everything she does!
