The best company I have ever worked for!
Aspira and Sienna are the same company. They're both run by vile people who care only about profit. The abuse and neglect the seniors receive due to the poor decisions made by upper management is appalling. Majority of the staff involved are blamed for this and yet they are the ones voicing the concerns while management either ignores them or fires them. Aspira/Sienna is a terrible company. Google up Sienna Senior Living Lawsuits and your jaw will drop when you learn about the crimes they've committed. The fault doesn't fall on the staff members. The fault 100% falls on the upper management. The HR department are horrible people. They trample on people's rights without a care in the world. They care nothing about the seniors except for their money. The deliberate cutting of staff has caused serious problems where the staff are overworked and the seniors are neglected.
