Dropped in to look at the apartments for me to move in. Two people in the office, and they will not take you on a tour or show you around because they’re too busy. They asked if I had an appointment or a tour scheduled, I said no I don’t have time to actually schedule one because I never know when I’m available.She just said sorry ?? Pool is closed yet again. 104 degrees outside and can’t use the pool again. Rent is too high for the pool to be closed all the time. Sucks
Update we decided to go back down to the pool and enjoy ourselves and we couldn't do it there's five unaccompanied teenage boys down here throwing a ball around like it's a soccer field I have a 5-year-old that wanted to enjoy the pool but now can't because it is now an unsafe environment to do so I suggest the apartment get security for their pool so this doesn't continue to happen it just sucks that every time we get a chance to come down here we can never enjoy ourselves, and why the loud inappropriate music, and nobody c... read more
We’ve lived here for 2 years and not had any issues. We love it here, our only complaint is we wish the $170 internet cable package was optional. Gym and pool are clean. We have a garage unit and it’s great. I’d definitely pay for a parking garage or stall as the uncovered ones go fast. The buildings are labeled super well making it easy to get door dash and deliveries. I’m shocked reading the other reviews because we’ve had decent maintenance (issues resolved 24-48 hrs). We've been living here for about 5 months now and everything's pretty good other than the neighbors downstairs they get mad at us around 4:00pm or 7:0pm but we have a toddler, who does walk around a lot and they pound on the floor which scares the living hell out of our poor toddler, because the floors are pretty thin but we do have rugs down to help with that but I think they just have sensitive hearing or something down there. The people at the office are good people and they do help you and fix issues, it just takes time ... read more
