So I have lived here for about six months, I think it's a good place to live. The big issue you will see in the reviews from residents is around parking. I find there is places to park, you just have to walk across the lot sometimes. The thing that leaves a really bad taste in my mouth is around the parking enforcement and the towing company they choose to work with. My husband and I love living here! Even though there are some things needing improvement, the new managers in the office are doing a great job! It’s nice to have someone that cares about the current residents and wants to fix issues.
My wife and I lived here for a little over a year and I cannot think of one time that management did what they said they would, not just within the time frame promised, but taking action what so ever. The employees don't seem to have any motivation to act on any of their responsibilities, the managers don't seem to think anything is their job and I literally did not meet a single maintenance guy until the day I moved out. They have seems to taken down my review, 5 years after I lived here they hit my credit with a fraudulent claim that I owed 11,000 in unpaid fees. When I had called the office they said they have no records from me and I would have to contact their attorneys. Luckily their 3rd party attorney office quickly resolved the issue.
Really nice place to live management is super friendly
