We have been living in this apartment for four years, but now everything seems to have changed; my wife recently called for a dishwasher repair, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and even racist, which makes this place feel like it’s no longer a good or comfortable place to live. It’s not worth staying here anymore, and I would not recommend this place to anyone—zero stars.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Living at Aspira has been a complete NIGHTMARE. While the complex looks modern and well-maintained in photos and tours, the reality is starkly different. Noise levels are consistently unbearable, and both management and residents show a complete lack of respect. I have moved multiple tenants into Aspira at Anthem. Everyone highly recommends them. Go see Amarilis in the Leasing office, she will hook you up!
A really great team of people in the office, amazing maintenance team, very spacious apartment units, overall it's a good place.
Don't live here. It's expensive and you won't be able to park within the apartment complex if you get home past 8pm unless you pay a monthly fee of $40+. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and by a good worker, but the employees at the desk, though nice, are not always correctly informed and that can cause you issues which they will then absolve themselves of and just leave you to deal with the consequences.
