I used Asphalt Restoration 3 years ago on my driveway patching, they did an excellent job and the patching has withstood the test of time. This year I needed your subdivision road repair since we have a private road, and the cost of repair is our responsibility. I called Asphalt Restoration for an estimate a few months ago. Good job done fix what asked and looks solid
The work has not been completed to my satisfaction and with the poor quality.
I was overcharged for the amount of repairs that was completed. This company charges per patch area repair, they call it "burn area" which is 6x8 square feet. I paid for an extra 1.5 patch area that was not completed, the excuse was they ran out of asphalt, which is their fault for not estimating the job correctly. When I called the owner, they refused to finish the job or refund part of my payment.
