Mark was very rude & promised the sky without delivering. Employee drove in customer yard & they never came back to repair or take any monies off bill to compensate. Everytime anyone called to speak with him he ended up hanging up on them. NO customer service skills! DO not use this company!
Mark did our street on Davis Court NW come by and look for yourself. He agreed to fill the pot holes on our street, it rained the day after he “finished” filling our potholes everyone of them held water and were under filled. He was rude and disrespectful when we asked him to come out and finish the job. Unprofessional and rude
Mark and his team did a great job, and worked their tails off. The job was big - 1000 feet of driveway, a number of areas that were torn out and replaced, and very hot, humid weather. The quote was reasonable, and the outcome looks terrific. We had neglected this project and waited too long to seal coat, but the driveway is now fixed. All the best to Asphalt Repair Service, I would highly recommend them.
We have been using Asphalt Repair Service for years. They always do a great job for a great price and get the job done in a timely matter. Employees always professional and courteous.
Arrived promptly and did not leave until the job was done! When finished the job looked great! I would highly recommend ARS to anyone with asphalt repair needs!
