AG has developed cultural insensitivity to the failing infrastructure. People hear & see the broken fixtures and no one is bothered by it. In addition, they don't answer emails alerting them to broken fixtures. And don't even bother trying to figure out how to send a message to someone there using their "new" website - it's incomprehensible (and I'm a software engineer) and there's unhelpfully no choice for maintenance issues.
