Our mall parking lot in Aurora was in pretty bad shape - faded lines, potholes, cracks everywhere, and some areas were deteriorating. Jud and the team at Asphalt Coatings Company took care of everything - sealing cracks, coating, and completely repainting the parking lot lines. They scheduled the job outside of business hours so as not to impact our customers, and the result has been spectacular! We've worked with other companies before, but none with the professionalism and quality of this one.
Judson Jr and his team are the best. Asphalt Coatings company has been around for over 40 years and we have been using them for many of those years. From parking lot resurfacing to Mill and Overlay Projects and annual maintenance including seal coating, crack fill, and re striping. These guys are the best and I wouldn’t use anyone else. A commitment to them is a commitment to the success and value of your property.
Judson Jr and his team did an incredible job with our mill and overlay in Denver. I can’t thank him and the team at Asphalt Coatings Company enough for taking care of our commercial parking lot. In some areas we did a crack fill, seal coat, and stripe and other areas we did a full asphalt removal and replacement. Their team is incredible and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
Judson and his team at Asphalt Coatings Company did an incredible job resurfacing our parking lot in Denver. There’s nobody else in Colorado I would rather use. Between their communication, their on site support and their follow through, these guys take care of That us from cradle of the grave. I will be using them on all of our managed properties for years to come.
