Dealing with legal affairs is often a daunting task for most. Kathryn has made this so easy and her knowledge and expertise made the process so quick and without any problems. This was very welcome to not be blindsided. I would recommend her to anyone asking.
I worked closely with Kathryn Mahady in obtaining and managing the conservatorship of my 95 year old father over a 3 year time period . Her professionalism and her understanding of this tough situation was greatly appreciated . He guidance during the many challenges of the conservatorship was of great help to me and my family. My father is in a good spot thanks to her help. He willingness to work with my other attorney (Guardianship) was much appreciated. They both cooperative to make the journey smoother.
