Good clinic, friendly staff, great hours, good service. Sometimes parking can be a challenge and the pharmacy that they have inside is also good. Pediatrician and other specialist doctors from this clinic are also good. Wait times can vary. Sometimes you will wait a long time other times not.
Terrible system. If you take walk-in patients DO NOT HAVE TWO PEOPLE DOING CHECK-IN. I stood outside in the freezing cold 20 minutes to be first in line to be seen. And yet I was registered as the 3rd walk-in because of having two people doing check-in. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Lady in the green hijab was so rude in every interaction, I've never experienced this behavior before. She would look me up and down whenever I walked up and asked a question, and seemed annoyed whenever I spoke with her. She also let in two people before me, I think it was a race thing because she was nice to them. She really should not be the face of a company, we left early and wont come back. Ajb walk in clinic is two minutes away and they were so nice and actually helped me.
