I booked a sports massage because my husband and I are both weightlifters and he always struggles to get the depth to relax his muscles. Reviewing the description it sums like the perfect massage for us. More than a Swedish relaxation. I mentioned I like deep pressure at the beginning and needs a lot of work in my shoulders.
