Horrible. After a great start, I started being berated for being late. This was during COVID, not just Dr. Zepplin, but staff as well. I had been in a car accident in late 2020, 1 month later I was told that if I were late again I would be penalized. I understand this from a professional standpoint, but I usually rescheduled and paid the requisite fee. I don't think I should have been treated this way. Been going to Aspenwood for 17 years. Never switching!! Friendly staff, and they respect your time. You are in and out quickly.

Aspenwood Dental is a great dental office. The front office staff are courteous and helpful. They explain everything regarding billing and provide cost estimates. Dr Z has been my dentist for years and he’s absolutely great. So is Heidi (asst) and Courtney (asst), they both are personable, easy to talk with. They make a great team.
