It's hard to know who to trust in this day and age, but I would highly recommend Leah at Aspen Leaf Mortgage to anyone! Their great service and fantastic rates have made me and my family members customers for life!
ASPEN LEAF IS SHADY! I was scheduled to close on a Monday. That Friday afternoon I received a call from Leah's coworker telling me their mortgage lender backed out. Leah did nothing to fix the situation and instead passed me off to another mortgage company and refused to cover the difference in closing costs. Avoid Aspenleaf and go with a respected mortgage company. I'm surprised they are still able to operate with a license.
