Absolutely the worst service. Showed up late, didn't do the main area that was emphasized. Went over time and tried to charge me more without communicating. Could not speak English when I tries to call- office was unavailable. Refused to refund for the job they didn't do. No satisfaction guarantee at all. Lots of emails back and forth- refused to talk to me on the phone. Claimed the vacuum was not picking up the dirt....Is this a cleaning company? AWFUL! Do not believe these reviews.
We had team 6 to our home today for the first time. WOW wow wow! I cannot say enough good things about them. They arrived on time, did a thorough clean of the home, and even went the extra mile and organized my linen and coat closets. I’m so happy I could cry! Thank you team 6!!!!
Team 3 did a good job. They did miss some obvious spots that I didn't notice until after the 'satisfaction guarantee's period was over - about two weeks. 4 workers showed up and they got the entire 3 floor house done in just over 2 hours.
Just had Team 6 clean my house and they do SUCH a great job! Though every team is stellar, this team specifically goes over and above. I am always excited when I get the privilege to have Team 6 clean my home!
Team 6 did a great job! They were very thorough - though may have spent a bit more time on areas that were not mentioned leading to having less time for the areas that I had asked specifically to have cleaned. That said, I am highly satisfied with the work. Thanks Team 6!
