I read some of their negative reviews and many of them, Aspen responded that they couldn't find them in the system, so I am guessing they will respond the same as my husband is the one who has the account. We were very happy with the service for several months, but then we noticed everytime they cleaned out bathroom, it smelled highly of harpic. AspenClean has a key to access the unit I live in, and completed maintenance cleans every few weeks. I had a move out clean scheduled shortly prior to lease termination, and nobody was at the unit the day of the scheduled clean (all possessions and tenants had vacated the premises). The T-6 team recently did a great job for me preparing an apartment for move-out. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
