I am so disappointed with the service yesterday. I have emailed with Aspen, but the best they could do is a 30% refund, which seems so unfair. I booked a clean for my townhouse. I came home to a family heirloom broken, floors that were unclean, and toilets that were barely touched. I’ve included some photos for reference. Dare I say this clean felt like fraud.
I’ve been using Aspen Clean for years and Pearl’s Team #7 is a hard working, reliable and trustworthy group of professionals who always leave our home sparkling and smelling beautiful. It’s a pleasure to have the help of these amazing individuals, and the effectiveness of the natural cleaning products.
Ready for spring! Team 10 did an absolutely fantastic job this morning cleaning my apartment. I had all rooms cleaned, the refrigerator, the oven, and my balcony - and all look brand new now. I’m so grateful that I trust them to care for my home and items and can use their services to clean while I work. This would have taken me days on end and not look as great as their work. They were professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. Thank you team 10!
Aspen hang up on calls repeatedly, do not return calls, have a busy line and dont give quotes properly and fully. They do not do basic cleaning as per customers needs and force use of cleaning products that aren't necessary. Charge is $79/hr 3 people 6 hrs for 1500 sqft?!!
A disclaimer: this rating does not at all reflect the cleaning ladies and quality of their service. The cleaning ladies and the job they did, I would rate a solid 4.8/5. The problem is with management. (Warning: long story to follow) The team that came to my home was phenomenal. It's just too bad that due to poor management, problems that can be easily avoided end up leaving a terrible taste in the customers mouth.
