If I could give it a 0 - DON'T GO HERE. The process was WAY too long because the people there are incompetent. An old man, can't keep the papers together, loses things and an old woman with no direct answers runs it. The approval process is expensive, tedious and we NEVER got an answer after a WEEK after overnighting. We found a MUCH BETTER COMMUNITY AND HOME!! The lot rent includes NOTHING, water/sewer, trash and is one of the HIGHEST.

City of mesa can step in an make carol do her job,while she has a job. City of mesa can fine them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS until the problems are fixed. Complain to the right people,not on Facebook.
