new gates installed will stay open for only one car at a time . Each person coming thru has to put a code in so the gates don’t close on there vehicle . People backing up and reversing you back into the road when trying to enter . Most gated communities will allow gates to stay open so multiple cars can enter , not enough road space for cars to back up … gates need to be set to stay open longer bc this is creating danger .
Be VERY careful moving here if you have dogs or small children that want to go to our community park. A man from lot 224 let's his dogs off leash and they WILL attack you. The man will also verbally attack you if you say anything to him. The office manager is WELL AWARE of the situation, has video evidence of it happening, but does nothing. Management does not care about the safety of residents. They do not take our concerns seriously.
my first wife was living here when we met and so was my 3rd wife lol
