DO NOT EXPECT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when speaking with Jennifer. I called about my trash service in Belleville because my trash bin was damaged during service and needed to be replaced. Apparently, my service had been canceled due to an administrative error, and Jennifer was exceptionally rude and defensive for no reason. Aspen in STL Metro IL side: The trash collection has been spot on. I do my part and bring it out to the street and they do their part and I come home to empty cans. The real reason I am going out of my way to leave a review though is because every single interaction with their customer service from starting service to questions on adding services and asking about on site dumpster to a rental....Has left lasting impression on how great and friendly and helpful the lady has been on the phone. Aspen waste use to be great when we first had them. Over the past couple of years, things have gone down hill. I come home from work and sometimes my can is almost half way in the street. They use to close the lids. Now when it rains, it will fill up with water. There have been several instances of things not being picked up like yard waste, or recycling. I will have to call for them to schedule a pick up. Not mention the bill has gone up almost 60 dollars over the past few years...I get that, I know things have gone up in p... read more

They have missed my trash every single time and I have had to call and all they'd say is they don't know why my trash was not picked up, I spoke to one customer service representative and she was extremely rude, I plan to go to my legal services on base and have them contact the township because at this point I feel it's personal. My trash is always out on Sunday night.
