It's a shame that you sell a company and its just like it was two times before. Service paid and no pick up for 3 weeks so far. Ha ha per contract I'm not the one in the bad. Lol lawyer time.
I couldn't afford my bill and instead of just not taking my trash, they took my whole can. Now I have bags of trash in my house. My other option is letting raccoons eat tear it up and eat it.
Been with Aspen for years. Always a nice job. Today, my 20 month old grandson who loves trucks watched the driver dump the can, like we do every Monday. He waved at the driver, and driver stopped, stuck his hand out of the window, smiled and waved. Grandson loved it. As did I. East End of Belleville, IL
Very efficient never a problem
DO NOT EXPECT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when speaking with Jennifer. I called about my trash service in Belleville because my trash bin was damaged during service and needed to be replaced. Apparently, my service had been canceled due to an administrative error, and Jennifer was exceptionally rude and defensive for no reason. I had to redirect the conversation to help her understand my needs and to diffuse the situation.
