Less than 24 hours after submitting a request, my maintenance hero Joshua was in and out in less than 30 minutes; changed out a whole bathroom sink. Appreciate the rapid response time and the quick fix!

They don't tow cars, so every time a car without a permit parks next to mine, I seem to get damage to my car, even though they have signs that allow for immediate towing. They wont fix the appearance of their buildings, but they dictate what I can put on my patio for "curbside appeal" down to rocking chairs, which are chairs that were created for patios and gardens. If I have outdoor paint on them, what makes them non-outdoor furniture? Also, they have dangerous stairs, railings and balconies, but we get menial charges for o... read more

Dabco does not provide any exceptions for those with disabilities. I have 2 esa's with an out of date letter on hand. No one in the area writes them. Im looking at 150+ when my only income is disability. That isn't enough for them to say im disabled. They would have to see the disability. The D in ABD nope. My housing program pays them every month first day. Im one tenant they dont have to worry about missing rent or just skipping out, but they treat me like I dont matter. I couldn't get laminate after nasal surgery, even wi... read more

I would overall not recommend living here; it feels like they are just trying to get your money and don't really care for you as an individual. For example, if you have a pet the pet fee is ridiculous. I was also charged a $25 "trash concierge fee" for leaving my trash out that I had set outside (at midnight) overnight. So if you choose to live here, read your lease carefully because chances are they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. They also filter out any reviews that aren't 5 stars on their website ... read more

It's been twenty years since I made the mistake of renting an apartment at Pine Ridge Upper in Pullman, WA and the experience still haunts me. I had the carpets professionally cleaned the day I moved out as required, which was a day when the office was closed, and I came in with the receipt the next day and they said they'd already had them cleaned again (2 days in a row) and they stole hundreds of dollars from me. I highly recommend avoiding these scumbags.
