I would overall not recommend living here; it feels like they are just trying to get your money and don't really care for you as an individual. For example, if you have a pet the pet fee is ridiculous. I was also charged a $25 "trash concierge fee" for leaving my trash out that I had set outside (at midnight) overnight. So if you choose to live here, read your lease carefully because chances are they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. It's been twenty years since I made the mistake of renting an apartment at Pine Ridge Upper in Pullman, WA and the experience still haunts me. I had the carpets professionally cleaned the day I moved out as required, which was a day when the office was closed, and I came in with the receipt the next day and they said they'd already had them cleaned again (2 days in a row) and they stole hundreds of dollars from me. I highly recommend avoiding these scumbags.
The apartments are very nice, good amount of space for number of bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size too. The kitchen could use more drawers, but overall is very good. It would also be nice if there could be a path from Upper Pine Ridge down to Lower Pine Ridge, to make bus stops more accessible. Overall, happy with my place.
The office staff was so professional and understanding. They were able to help out, when the could. Excellent customer service.
