The staff is the entire reason for the 5 star rating! The genuine love and care for each resident is evident in their every interaction - each resident is treated with respect, and so are the families! Yvie, the Head of Memory Care, has been a Godsend! She patiently answered my many questions, and helped me embrace the new journey for my mother. She gave me ideas on everything from communicating with mom, to decorating her room. Love this place. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. Courtney Elerby is fantastic to work with - so knowledgeable! Vitality is recently renovated and looks beautiful.
