From first phone call to a tour, and into the application process, every, single person has been so willing to help and patient with us. If for no other reason than the management team, Aspen Village is well-worth considering. The apt we viewed was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, as well.
Forget about using the balcony/patio. Having lived in a Midwest apartment community for about five years, where the balcony was promoted for gardening, I moved to DABCO. Not only could I no longer continue keeping my planters, but I also kept getting emails about one or two items I kept in the balcony. A lady visits and takes pictures of your balcony... creepy!
