Lived here for five years. They are constantly changing management and policies. Make sure to read everything in the lease, because the lease break fee's are unreasonable. And with the stare of the apartments. Not worth the rent. Very unhappy, if i could do no star i would. Neighbor tenants are loud. Maintenance takes a few days to show up. And fees randomly appears, without proper notice. Wouldn't recommend, wouldnt live here again.
Work was done efficiently and wonderfully.
If a “no-star” was an option, I would be using that option. If you’re looking for a place where there’s hidden fees and charges, filthy apartments, landscaping that will sometimes be taken care of, and deposits that don’t get returned because yet another hidden fees…then Dabco Management-Aspen Village is the place for you.
