Forget about using the balcony/patio. Having lived in a Midwest apartment community for about five years, where the balcony was promoted for gardening, I moved to DABCO. Not only could I no longer continue keeping my planters, but I also kept getting emails about one or two items I kept in the balcony. A lady visits and takes pictures of your balcony... creepy!
A bit of a compact apartment complex with large living rooms, kitchens, and dining spaces, but small-ish bedrooms. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, stovetop microwave, and dishwasher are provided. (Pictures of an average apartment provided)
I hear they're okay Apartments but if your apartment catches on fire they will not help you they're all about the money and not about the community
Aspen Village has excellent apartments that are cost-effective. The staff/management here is very nice, extremely responsive, and on-site for any questions. The balconies are nice, and the closets are very large. Overall, extremely excellent place. I've been living here for about 3 months, and i've had an amazing time with no issues. The laundry rooms are clean, no missing packages, and efficient layout for parking and trash.
