Entire staff I've dealt with to date at Aspen Tree and Turf have been very professional and responsive. Luke did the work today and communicated very well concerning the work being performed and options available to resolve my issue.
I pay them during the winter for this service every year and they always fulfill the request in a timely fashion. Thankfully they remind me each year so I don't have a recurrence of the pest infestation that could kill my shrubs.
Luke does a great job. Takes care of the ticks and mosquitos.
I have two large Ash trees in my yard that are prone to Emerald borer beetles. Aspen sent their arborist Luke to do the estimate and work. From the estimate to the application, the process was pain free and Luke kept me in the loop at all times. From calling to schedule the work to let me know when he was on his way on the day of the appointment. During the application , he explained every step of process and how the insecticide works.
