Unprofessional staff, turnover is bad and meals are tough to chew or are raw, management has attitude-tells you one thing but then does another. Beware they also just walk into your apartment whether you're there or not.
. My Mom moved into Aspen Trail about 6 months ago. Not only has she been thrilled with Aspen Trail, but so have I every time I visit her. She has lived in other luxury retirement communities in Colorado Springs, but they always fell short of expectations. Six months in and we can’t say enough about this facility and the staff that works there. The facility is relatively new and very clean.
