Zero communication. This place is ran by people who don’t know what they are doing. Zero accountability is held. They let the Hi-low driver steal your stuff for a week, but if it’s returned, nothing is done about it because “it’s not a big deal bc you retrieve your belongings back” if you are looking to pay bills come here but if you want a peaceful work environment with any type of communication or comfort I do not recommend
Review has already been deleted and people are being retaliated against by management so I’ll keep this short and to the point. If you’re looking for a job where hard work is recognized, management is supportive, and the environment is fair—this is not the place. This job feels more like a punishment than a paycheck. FIRST AND FOREMOST: When reading reviews please remember that HR gave incentives for employees to come on here and indeed for a better rating to trap people to work here. Cons: •Toxic Management Culture: Upper management is a complete mess. They lie constantly, make promises they never keep, and create confusion daily. I went for an interview here and the people there were super nice and very productive and explained the job well we were on a walk through of the plant very clean and organized I don't see why so many people are leaving bad reviews on here.
