The staff could be more welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great, and I don’t think I’ll return.
I could not have asked for a better experience than I had having surgery at Aspen Surgery Center. I am incredibly grateful to the surgical team, each and every member of which was kind, attentive and comforting during a nerve-wracking time. My nurse Melissa was wonderful, taking ample time the day before to patiently answer all of my questions and making me feel so comfortable and safe the day of. I couldn't have been treated better! Everyone was so kind and attentive starting with check-in all the way through my procedure to final check,-out. I would definitely choose Aspen Surgery Center in Simi Valley, California if I ever needed to again! D. Clark
I just had a surgical procedure done there, and the Staff and Nurses were wonderful ! I was very nervous, and they all helped put my mind at ease. I didn't have to wait at all, and they answered all of my questions. They were a very caring Staff!
I have been going to Aspen surgery center for years with multiple procedures. My visit today was by far the worst. Hours and hours of waiting. Uncontrolled pain. Did not find out when my surgery was till the day before. Just seems sloppy. You guys used to be better than that
